Q: How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
A: All orders are baked to order, usually within 3 days and shipped right away.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All packages should arrive within 3 days of shipment to ensure freshness.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your shipment is received damaged, please notify us via email at christinesk9treats@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will immediately replace your order.
Q: Will I have to pay shipping if I live local and would like delivery?
A: On local Lewiston/Auburn area deliveries: PayPal may add shipping onto your order; we will refund the shipping back to your account.
Q: What if I want to place an order for shipping but I don't want to order online?
A: We would be glad to take your order over the phone or via email to christinesk9treats@gmail.com. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and what you would like to order. Please send a check including shipping and tax if applicable payable to Christine's K-9 Treats and send to Christine's K-9 Treats, c/o Christine Rohlfing, 9 Tucci Road, Wales, ME 04280. Once check is received and cleared, your order will be sent.
Q: How do I calculate my shipping and tax for non-internet orders?
A: Pretend like you are making an internet purchase and add the items you would like to your cart. The cart will automatically subtotal your items and add the correct shipping amount and tax. Just don't complete the checkout process online. Instead send your check to the above address with your ordering information. Then you can remove the items in your cart from paypal.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us immediately via email at christinesk9treats@gmail.com. We can refund your money (less shipping) or replace the product. Christine’s K-9 Treats wants you and your K-9 to be 100% satisfied. |
